McIntyre Dominates at DJLA’s
Ted McIntyre posted three T.A. wins, led his team to the Mario Tennis tournament title and placed third in the "Old School" event on his way to the winning the first ever Guy Day M.V.P. Award.
McIntyre lost the last T.A. Game only because an Evil Alliance between Lemmer and Juan. Juan and Lemmer plotted against Ted and Len -- who were playing as individuals, paybacks are a *****.
Posting his first ever Guy
Day victory was DJLA, who blasted the field in the Intellivision "Old School" Skiing tournament. LA posted a time of 38.6 to win the event. Dan Juan was a distant second.
The Mario Tennis Tournament, a perenial
highlight of GD activity, did not dissappoint. After several hard fought matches, the team of Ted McIntyre (Luigi) and Chris Behl (Bowser) won the title in a hard fought championship match against Lemmer (Joshi) and Rob (Baby
Mario). Once again Lemmer is a Guy Day Bridesmaid...
Rob dominated the Sheepshead action, posting 57 points over the 4 hours of competition. Lex was a distant second with 23 points and couple of Grandma hands.
Montel "The Count" forgot how to count trump and went 83 points to the negative.
Thanks to Everyone who came, I HAD A BLAST. Don't forget to post your comments on the Guy Day Guest Book.
